The music from a party downstairs blasted right through the walls and up to my room on the 7th floor, even after i complained to the staff. They just didn't seem to care that i couldn't sleep, it ended at 2 am, it was just not acceptable!!!

I found the location very convenient, close to many sights. the staff were friendly and offered helpful directions. my room was spacious and provided a beautiful view of the waterfront through large windows. comfortable beds and facilities allowed for sea swimming. I used this option every morning!!!

diana at the front desk is AMAZING!!! she moved us to the executive lounge floor and it was perfect. we had lots of work. the baltic sea is steps from the hotel! the gym has 2 saunas in the changing rooms! the business center in the executive lounge is fully equipped. the lounge has 4 sitting areas, fireplaces, a coffee maker, and an always changing buffet. the new concierge is great for getting tickets.

the hotel is slightly dated.

I secured the water view room. Waking to such scenery was great. Staff interactions occurred with polite people. The central station steps away helps access to other locations. Gym and sauna access was a plus.

The room lacked enough towels for each guest listed on the reservation. Requests required multiple calls to resolve, disrupting rest plans.
